A formal eligibility decision is a governed decision taken by the eligibility review function under the applicable Rules edition.
No automated or machine-generated system declares eligibility. Nothing on this site issues, predicts or implies an eligibility outcome.
What guidance will show, in order.

Awards year
Guidance begins with the Awards year in question, because the rules edition in force for that year governs everything that follows. No Awards year has been established.

World and category
Film and Stage are separate worlds with separate provisions, and a category belongs to exactly one of them. Guidance identifies the category before it says anything about qualification.

Eligibility provisions
Guidance then shows the eligibility provisions of that category as published, in the edition that applies — not a summary written elsewhere and not a paraphrase.

Where an adverse eligibility decision carries a right of review, the decision links to the appeals provisions of the Rules edition it was taken under. No appeal is offered, implied or promised where the applicable Rules do not provide one.
Deadlines
When a deadline exists it will be published as a date, a time and a named timezone together. No deadline has been set, and no date on this website should be read as one.
