The consideration framework is not yet open. The official eligibility provisions and participation requirements will be published before any formal consideration process begins, and nothing may be entered, registered, reserved or held on file before then.
Rules first, then participation. A Film & Stage Awards year cannot receive work for consideration until its governing rules edition, its category architecture and its eligibility provisions have been adopted and published.
There is no form, no upload, no account and no submission endpoint anywhere on this website. Nothing on these pages collects, transmits or stores personal information, and no participant record exists.
Category by category
Consideration is not the same thing as submission.
Not every category will use open submission. Some may rely on invited consideration, third-party entry, committee identification or automatic consideration. The mechanism belongs to the category and its rules; none has been decided.
Category-specific forms
Categories differ, so forms differ. The architecture composes a category's requirements from independent modules rather than presenting one universal form, and a module is only shown where the governing category and its mechanism call for it.
Film & Stage keep their own language
Film and Stage keep their own language. A stage participant is never asked to describe a theatrical release, and a film participant is never asked to describe a performance run. Shared modules carry world-specific wording rather than a single compromised vocabulary.
A draft is not a submission
A saved draft is not a submission. It is not received, not reviewed, not counted and carries no standing of any kind until it is submitted through the process the Rules establish.
A separate, private portal
The participant portal is separate from the public website. Private entry data is never reachable through a public route, and the public site holds no participant record, document or identifier.
Capability, not permission
Who the architecture is capable of supporting.
These are capability slots, not permissions. Which of them may participate, in which category, and on whose behalf, is determined by the Rules. None has been established, and their presence here grants nothing.

A producing party of a film or a stage production, where the category recognises the production itself.

A named function within a company, studio, distributor, producing house or venue, acting under that company's authority.

A representative acting for an artist, where the applicable rules permit representation and the authority is evidenced.
- Other approved roleNot established
A further role the rules may later recognise, so that the architecture does not force an ill-fitting description.
Fees, and the line that cannot be crossed.
The architecture can express no fee, an entry fee, a late fee, a waiver or another approved mechanism. No fee has been approved, no amount exists, no price is published and no payment can be taken.
Payment is separate from recognition. A payment could never constitute, purchase, accelerate or influence eligibility, consideration, a nomination or a result, and any future fee arrangement is administrative only.
