The ceremony is produced as a set of distinct workstreams. None of them holds authority over the Awards.
The production firewall
Ceremony production does not control Awards results.
Ceremony production does not control Awards results. Production, broadcast, hospitality, sponsorship and press systems may hold no authoritative record of nominees, ballots or recipients. Where result information is operationally necessary, it is released as a controlled, time-limited, authorised copy and never as control of the record.
Sponsorship
A sponsor or commercial partner may receive agreed hospitality and commercial benefits. No sponsorship, hospitality, partnership or purchase of any kind confers influence over nominations, ballots, recipient selection or results, or any access to confidential balloting material.
Hospitality
Receptions, dining, seating and hospitality are guest-experience matters. They carry no weight in consideration, nomination, voting or recognition, and hospitality functions receive no result information.
Workstreams
Thirteen workstreams, no appointments.
No production company, agency, supplier, contractor or individual has been appointed to any ceremony workstream.
Show production
The shape of the evening: structure, pacing, script and the presentation of recognition.

Stage management
Calling the show, movement of people to and from the stage, and the running of each segment.

Broadcast
Capture and transmission of the ceremony, wherever a broadcast arrangement is later agreed.

Running order
A category can be scheduled without revealing its result.
A category may be scheduled in the running order without its result existing in any production system. Sequence, timing and placement carry no information about a recipient, and a released result is never inferred from the running order.

There is no field in which a recipient could be recorded. Where result information is operationally necessary on the night, it is issued as an authorised, time-limited copy to a named function, and never written back into the record of truth.
Presenters and performances
No presenter or performer has been invited.
Presenter records separate what may be published from what must not be. Approved biography, photography and pronunciation are public once confirmed; access, support and arrival arrangements remain private.
Public presenter record
Approved name, approved biography, rights-cleared photography, the categories presented and approved pronunciation guidance.
Private support record
Accessibility and support requirements, contact routing and arrival arrangements. Never published, never serialised to a public page.
Presenting is not knowing
Presenting a category conveys no advance knowledge of its result. A presenter record cannot hold one.
Performances
Performance is optional architecture. No assumption is made that the ceremony includes musical performance. Where a work, recording or likeness is involved, rights and clearance are tracked before anything is scheduled or published.
Hospitality and invitations
Hospitality is guest experience, never influence.
No decision has been taken that the Film & Stage Awards ceremony will sell tickets to the public. No ticketing, sale, allocation or payment is implemented, and none will be built unless a future approved policy provides for it.
