Governance & integrity
Independence
by design.
The institution is being built so that recognition can be trusted. The founding framework separates eligibility, nomination, voting administration, editorial coverage and commercial activity from one another.
Our governance principles- Independent governance
- Published eligibility rules
- Conflict safeguards
- Secure voting
- Independent ballot administration and audit
- Transparent processes
These systems are being established as part of the founding framework and are not yet operational.
Part of the wider Film & Stage family
The Awards operate independently. Editorial coverage, events and commercial partnerships have no role in determining nominees or recipients.
