Identity
The marks are used exactly as supplied.
The Film & Stage Awards marks are supplied as complete artwork and are used as supplied. Proportions, colours, the shooting-star device, the Film & Stage typography and the Alice ampersand treatment are fixed. The marks may not be cropped, recoloured, filtered, stretched, re-typeset, redrawn or rebuilt, no new variant may be generated, and no interface here allows a visitor to alter them.
- Use the supplied artwork unchanged, at a size where every element remains legible.
- The White & Red mark is for black, near-black, charcoal and dark photographic backgrounds only.
- Keep generous clear space measured from the full visual bounds of the artwork.
- Never recolour, crop, filter, stretch, rotate, outline or add effects to the mark.
- Never re-typeset the wordmark or substitute the ampersand with another typeface.
- Never place the mark inside another logo, lockup or composite device.
Media packages
Announcement packages exist as structure long before they exist as content.
Nomination announcement pack
A nomination media package is assembled in confidence and becomes servable only at the official announcement. Before that moment no component of it exists in a public payload, in search, in the sitemap or in share metadata, and no nominee name appears anywhere on this website.
- Official nominee listRelease-gated
The authoritative nomination record for the cycle.
- Category listRelease-gated
The categories as adopted for that cycle, version-locked.
- Approved biographiesRelease-gated
Only where a subject has approved the text.
- Approved imageryRelease-gated
Cleared images with credit line and alt text.
- Official announcementRelease-gated
The institutional announcement of nominations.
- Press releaseRelease-gated
The release prepared for publication by media.
- Media fact sheetRelease-gated

- Social assetsRelease-gated
Approved share imagery, generated only after release.
- VideoRelease-gated
Official video, with captions and a transcript.
Recipient & results pack
Recipient media materials inherit the sealed-result protections of the Awards cycle. No recipient press release, biography, image, fact sheet or social asset can exist in a servable state before an explicit release authorisation, and the release is category by category where the cycle releases that way.
- Official recipient listRelease-gated
Sealed; released only category by category under authorisation.
- Official citationsRelease-gated
The approved wording of each recognition.
- Approved biographiesRelease-gated
Approved by the subject before release.
- Approved imageryRelease-gated
Cleared images with credit line and alt text.
- Official announcementRelease-gated
Published only on explicit release authorisation.
- Press releaseRelease-gated
Held sealed alongside the result it describes.
- Media fact sheetRelease-gated
Factual reference in accessible HTML.
- Social assetsRelease-gated
No share metadata is generated before release.
- VideoRelease-gated
Official video, with captions and a transcript.
Essential press information is published as accessible HTML. Documents are supplemented by, never substituted for, an accessible web version. Images carry alt text, video and audio carry captions or transcripts, downloads state their format and size, document links are labelled in words rather than by icon alone, and every control is reachable by keyboard.
