Media rights
Rights are recorded, never assumed.
Every use of ceremony material is described by what was granted, where, on what platform, for how long and with what restrictions. Nothing is published on the assumption that a right exists.

No rights agreement exists. No territory, platform, window, exclusivity or expiry has been agreed with anyone.
Film & Stage TV
An owned media layer, still behind the firewall.
Film & Stage TV may in future act as the owned media layer for the ceremony. Any such role is editorial and production only: it confers no access to sealed results beyond a specifically authorised operational need, and no editorial or production team may hold or publish a result that has not been released by the Awards.
Editorial independence
Film & Stage TV, the Magazine and any other editorial property remain editorially separate from the Awards. Carrying the ceremony would not change that.
No privileged results
An owned media relationship grants no earlier sight of nominees or recipients than any accredited outlet receives under the same release.
Results and transmission
Transmission does not release a result.
A result becomes public through an authorised release by the Awards, category by category. It is never released by a broadcast beginning, a stream going live, a clip being cut or a page being published.
