No ceremony has been scheduled, so no programme has been written. The structure below is the shape a programme will take; none of its content has been created.

A programme section cannot hold an unreleased result. Categories are listed; recipients appear only through an authorised release.
After the ceremony
Material is published only where rights are approved.
Each piece of post-ceremony material carries its own rights approval. Nothing is published on the assumption of consent from a recipient, artist, photographer or rights holder.

Archive handoff
The ceremony joins the Awards year without rewriting it.
When a ceremony has taken place, its programme, running order, credits and approved media are attached to that Awards year in the Film & Stage Archive. The handoff is additive: it never alters the nominations, recipients, rules edition or corrections already recorded for that year.

One record, two layers
The Awards record holds what was recognised. The ceremony record holds how it was presented. Each is preserved in its own right.
Record status
The first ceremony record will begin the ceremony archive.
Until an Awards cycle completes and a ceremony takes place, there is no programme, no photography, no credits and no ceremony record to preserve.
