No document is required, because no requirement has been adopted. These are the kinds of evidence the architecture is capable of handling securely, listed so the boundary is visible in advance rather than announced later.

Handling
A participant document is never a public asset.
Evidence is treated as confidential material, not as website content. Uploads are constrained by permitted file type and size, scanned before they can be opened, stored outside any public asset path, released only to functions entitled to see them, downloaded only through restricted, logged and expiring access, retained under a defined schedule and deleted when that schedule or a valid request requires it.
Privacy
Participant records are private in full. Contact details, telephone numbers, documents, identity information and eligibility evidence never appear in public pages, public search, the sitemap, structured data, social metadata, analytics payloads or the Archive. Information becomes public only where a specific Awards fact is officially released by the authorised function.
Safeguarding
Where a participant is a minor, or where additional safeguarding applies, the process must be able to require further authorisation, consent or supervision. No age threshold, consent mechanism or safeguarding rule has been adopted, and none is implied by the presence of this architecture.
Declarations
What was agreed, and which version of it.
No declaration text has been written or adopted. These are the acceptances the architecture can record, each stored against the exact version a participant agreed to rather than as a bare tick.

Every acceptance records which version of which text a participant agreed to, and when. If a declaration or a rule later changes, the earlier acceptance is preserved as it stood rather than being reinterpreted under the new wording.
