Versioning
A new package cannot rewrite an old agreement.
Commercial packages are versioned by Awards cycle. A new version governs a future cycle only; it cannot rewrite, reprice or reinterpret an agreement already made. The historical record of what was agreed, and under which rules edition, is preserved unchanged.
Versioned by cycle
Each package version names the Awards cycle it governs. Versions do not span cycles and do not carry forward silently.
Immutable once approved
An approved version is fixed. A later version supersedes it for a future cycle; the historical record of what was agreed remains readable exactly as it stood.
Agreement records
Metadata here, contracts elsewhere.
This site holds no contracts. Agreement records carry reference metadata only — partner, rights, term, territory, exclusivity, deliverables, approval status, conflict review and expiry. Signed documents and financial terms are held under separate accounting oversight.
